Hi, I'm Colin.
I build with AI. Then I share what works.
Idea Warehouse is my technology lab. It's where I build and ship real products with AI coding agents: an iOS arcade game, a bilingual Canadian news aggregator, a Shopify store and an AI model evaluation platform, among others.
I've spent 25+ years in digital products. Most recently I was VP Technology at YMCA Canada. Earlier, I led digital and social at Hill+Knowlton Strategies and co-founded a social marketing agency.
So I've seen both sides: what it takes to get a big organization to ship, and how fast one person can move now with the right AI tools. We'll use both to work out the quickest honest path for your idea.

A few practical things.
- Do I need a fully formed idea?
- No. A rough idea is enough, and so is a short list of ideas you can't choose between. Part of the call is working out which one is worth your next 90 days.
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. The plan will match how you'll actually build it, whether that's you with AI tools, a developer you hire or a team you already have.
- What should I prepare?
- A few notes on the idea, who it's for, any tools you've already tried and how much time and budget you can give it over the next three months.
- Will you build it for me?
- The $200 covers the call and your written plan, and you're free to take it anywhere. If you'd like help with the build afterwards, we can talk about that separately.
- How do booking and payment work?
- Send the form below. I'll reply by email with a few times and an invoice. Once that's paid, the time is yours. Calls are on Google Meet.
